Abstract：

The report will introduce the new synthetic dual jet, three-electrode plasma high-energy synthetic jet and self-sustaining synthetic jet technologies invented by the team, as well as the research progress of the new synthetic jet in the direction of active flow control of internal and external flow of the vehicle, rudderless flight control, anti-deicing and efficient heat dissipation and cooling in small spaces.

Biography:

Zhenbing Luo, academic leader of the cross-direction of active flow control and new aspirated power at the National University of Defense Technology, head of the innovative practice base of flow control vehicles, professor, doctoral supervisor, national Baiyou Bo, Outstanding Youth, jd high-level talents. He has won two first-class awards and two second-class awards for scientific and technological progress at provincial and ministerial level, and his achievements were selected as one of the top ten advances in science and technology in 2020 gf and the catalogue of scientific and technological innovation achievements in 2022 gf. He is now an expert of the Central jw Science and Technology Committee, an expert of the aerodynamic professional group of the zb development department, a director of the Chinese Aerodynamics Society, a deputy director of the Chinese Aeronautical Society Branch, a director of the youth editorial committee of the three journals "AIA", "Journal of Aerodynamics" and "Experimental Fluid Mechanics", a deputy editor-in-chief of "Gas Physics", and an editorial board member of six journals including "Journal of Aeronautics" and "CJA". He is the chairman of the 9th National Youth Symposium on Fluid Mechanics of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the executive chairman of the 16th National Conference on Separate Flow, Vortices and Flow Control, and the conference chairman of the 12th National Conference on Experimental Fluid Mechanics, etc. He has published 4 monographs, more than 150 papers, more than 70 SCI-indexed and 70 EI-indexed papers, and more than 30 national invention patents. He has been awarded second-class merit for two times. In the past three years, he has guided students to win 4 excellent dissertations from provincial/army/national societies, 5 first-class prizes or more in national science and technology innovation competitions for 30 people, and 1 China Youth Science and Technology Innovation Award.
